Cashier – Encoder Reliever

• • A Cashier/Encoder Reliever is responsible for doing administrative functions such as personnel services, purchasing, records management services, and data .

Cashier

• In charge of account receivable & customer payments.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and dues to clients/salesman.
• Identifies prices of products and resolves customer concerns.
• Serves as stand in to cashiers for branches needing cashiers
• whenever necessary

Encoder

• Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
• Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with the original documentation
• Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
• Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
• Serves as stand in to encoders for branches needing encoders
• whenever necessary

• Female, Bachelor’s Degree Business Management or related field
• Can work with minimal supervision and with good oral and written communication skills
• Preferably with at least one year of working experience in Administrative function
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in SOUTH LUZON AREA
