Job Description

    • Front Office Staff is tasked to entertain concerns and orders of customers through answering telephone calls, aside from that she is liable in relaying orders to the salesman.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accepts and answer calls from outside customers  and calls from the branches.
  • Disseminates orders of the customers to salesmen of respected areas.
  • Customer service.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • A graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Years of Experience: 1 year
