- Front Office Staff is tasked to entertain concerns and orders of customers through answering telephone calls, aside from that she is liable in relaying orders to the salesman.
Job Responsibilities
- Accepts and answer calls from outside customers and calls from the branches.
- Disseminates orders of the customers to salesmen of respected areas.
- Customer service.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- Years of Experience: 1 year
