Production Supervisor
Job Description

- Responsible for achieving immediate and short-term objectives laid down by the production manager, such as output, quality, waste, yield, safety and overtime costs. Ensures that production of products meets or exceeds efficiency and company quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises and controls manpower and ensures all production equipment are maintained and serviced appropriately.
- Checks the production lines if ready for production
- Monitors daily production output and supervises monthly preventive maintenance.
- Working across the production cycle to ensure the flow of work meets deadlines.
- Arranges manpower scheduling if there is absent and re-allocating tasks or rescheduling production, where necessary.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor/College Degree
- A Graduate of any Engineering Courses
- With experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Can lead a team and can work with a team.
- 1-Year Experience
